Do you sell ready-made items or everything is custom?
Both. We release casual and limited drops alongside fully custom jerseys and apparel.
Will you restock sold-out designs?
Yes, excluding limited edition items.
Can you customise any product?
Jerseys, teamwear, and selected items can be customised. Some pieces are drop-only and not available for modification.
Custom Jerseys & Design Process
How does the custom process work?
3 stages:
Concept submission
Design + consultation (deposit required)
Production after approval
Everything is agreed before anything gets made.
Is there a design fee?
Yes.
£25 deposit for single custom orders
£75 deposit for team orders
This covers design time and locks in the project.
What if you change your mind during design?
Refinements are part of the process. Full direction changes are treated as new work and deposits are non refundable after work has started.
Can you send your own design?
Yes. It will be reviewed and adjusted if needed to meet production standards.
Will the final product look exactly like the mock-up?
Mock-ups are a digital representation. Colours and materials can vary slightly in real production.
Pricing
How much is a custom jersey?
Starting point is around £75. Final price depends on complexity, quantity, and extras.
Do team orders get discounts?
Yes. Pricing improves with quantity. The more you order, the better the rate.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You’ll be given a clear price before production starts. Nothing moves forward without approval.
Production & Delivery
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is 7–10 working days after design approval.
We state 10–14 working days to allow for delays.
Do delays happen?
Sometimes shipments are delayed by customs or by our shipping partners. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated. While we’ll do everything on our end to expedite any hold-ups, unfortunately we don’t have control over customs delays or mistakes made by carriers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. If your region isn’t listed at checkout, send us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate shipping for you.
Payments, returns & Refunds
Can you get a refund on custom items?
No. Once a design is approved and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Can I return a purchased item?
Returns are not accepted on custom or pre-ordered items, except in cases where a factory error or defect requires a replacement.
What if there’s an issue with your order?
If there’s a fault or error on our side, we’ll fix it. Contact us with clear photos and details through the Contact section.
When do you pay?
Deposit at design stage, the remaining balance before production begins..
Brand & Collaboration
Do you sponsor players or teams?
Selective. We work with people who align with the brand and bring value both on and off the field.
Can you collaborate with Anti Social?
If it makes sense creatively and commercially, yes. Otherwise we keep things tight to protect the brand.
Can other brands use your designs or artwork?
No. Any use of Anti Social designs requires direct involvement or agreement.

How do you start a custom order?
Send us your idea using our Create Your Custom page with as much detail as possible. References help speed everything up.
What if you don’t know what you want yet?
That’s fine. We can lead the design, but direction still needs to be agreed before moving forward.
